My Background
Prior to becoming an executive coach, I enjoyed over 20 years of a successful and rewarding career as an entrepreneurial executive in the hi-tech industry.
In my previous career, I mastered all aspects of the business including, engineering, marketing strategy, business development, and operations.
In my executive positions I built and led teams of engineers, marketers, and product experts, supporting high-grow businesses. I developed and implemented go-to-market strategies, established partnerships, and built strong interpersonal relationships with clients, partners, and employees.
After going through a deep and profound process of study and self-discovery, I decided to leverage my skills, experience and insights and launched my executive/career/business coaching practice.
